1. Your right to deletion
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by Permatheque.
2. How to request deletion
You can request the deletion of your data in several ways:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Account" > "Settings" > "Delete my account"
- Confirm your request by entering your password
- Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days
You can also send your request by email to contact@permatheque.fr, specifying your name and the email address associated with your account.
3. Deleted data
Deleting your account results in the erasure of the following data:
- Profile information (name, email, photo, biography)
- Browsing history and preferences
- Private messages
- Login data via Facebook or Google
4. Retained data
Some data may be retained for legal obligations:
- Billing and transaction data (10-year legal obligation)
- Login logs (1-year legal obligation)
5. Processing time
Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. During this period, you can cancel your request by contacting us.
