1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions made on the Permatheque marketplace, whether for the purchase of physical products, digital products, or services offered by registered sellers on the platform.
2. Products and services
The marketplace offers various types of products and services:
- Physical products: books, seeds, tools, crafts, food products
- Digital products: ebooks, online courses, downloadable documents
- Services: consulting, workshops, training
- Classifieds: private sales between individuals
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros including all taxes. Payment is made online through the secure Stripe platform. The amount is charged upon order validation.
Permatheque acts as a payment intermediary between buyer and seller. Funds are transferred to the seller after delivery or service confirmation.
4. Orders and delivery
The order is confirmed by email after payment validation. Delivery times are indicative and vary depending on the seller and chosen shipping method.
- Standard delivery: according to seller conditions
- Local pickup: available if offered by the seller
- Digital delivery: immediate access after payment
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the buyer has 14 days from receiving the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.
This right does not apply to digital products whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent, custom-made products, or perishable goods.
6. Warranties
Products benefit from legal warranties:
- Legal warranty of conformity
- Warranty against hidden defects
- The seller is responsible for conformity defects and hidden defects
7. Platform liability
Permatheque acts as a host and technical intermediary. The association cannot be held responsible for the content of listings, the quality of products sold by third-party sellers, or transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of dispute, Permatheque commits to facilitating mediation between parties.
8. Complaints and disputes
In case of complaint, the buyer can contact the seller via the platform messaging system or Permatheque customer service. We commit to handling any complaint within 30 days.
In case of unresolved dispute, the consumer may use the free consumer mediation service. The competent mediator will be communicated upon request.
9. Personal data
Data collected as part of transactions is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. It is used only for order processing and is never sold to third parties.
10. Modification of terms
Permatheque reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of order.

12. International shipping
Some sellers offer international shipping for their products. In such cases:
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on official carrier rate schedules (Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay)
- Customs duties, import taxes and local VAT are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer
- The seller is responsible for packaging and shipping in compliance with international regulations
- Permatheque acts as a technical facilitator and cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or customs holds on international shipments
- International delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the destination country
